A Sensory Journey Designed for February 14
For this special evening, Sebastiano Spriveri has curated a multi course gastronomic journey created to be shared. The experience begins with a selection of stuzzichini, including a delicate brioche toast topped with tonnato sauce, anchovies, and roasted hazelnuts, setting the tone for a refined yet generous celebration.
The menu then unfolds through a series of exceptional creations.
Starters include a Surprise Caviar Box featuring 30 grams of Siberian caviar served with buckwheat blinis, followed by a refined crab tart and an indulgent foie gras sandwich paired with porcini mushrooms and black truffle.
The middle course revisits tradition with a Fagottino di crespella, delicately stuffed with ricotta and spinach and served over a smoked tomato fondue.
For the main course, guests are invited to savor a tender beef tenderloin accompanied by a cheese fondue profiterole, crispy potato galettes, and glazed button mushrooms, offering a perfect balance of richness and comfort.
To conclude the evening, the experience reaches its sweetest note with the exclusive Chocolate Room creation, an immersive dessert designed for pure indulgence and shared pleasure.
