AVATR Arrives in Morocco With Three Distinct Takes on Electric Luxury
AVATR made its Moroccan debut in Casablanca on 17 September 2026, introducing the 07, 11 and 12. The AVATR Morocco launch brings two fully electric vehicles and one range extended SUV to the country. Together, the three models offer different approaches to design, technology and long distance travel.
The AVATR 07: Built for Longer Journeys
The AVATR 07 is a midsize SUV offered in Morocco with a range extender. Its electric motor drives the vehicle, while an onboard engine generates electricity when needed. AVATR quotes up to 1,200 km of combined range for the rear wheel drive version under the CLTC test cycle. However, actual range will vary with driving conditions.
The AVATR 11: An Electric Flagship
The fully electric AVATR 11 leads the brand’s SUV range in Morocco. Its local specification combines two motors, all wheel drive and a 116.79 kWh CATL battery. In addition, AVATR quotes a 0 to 100 km/h time of 4.5 seconds and equips the SUV with sensors for driver assistance features.
The AVATR 12: A Grand Coupé With a Digital Interior
At just over five metres long, the AVATR 12 brings a lower, more sculpted silhouette to the range. Moroccan buyers can choose between rear wheel drive and all wheel drive versions. Meanwhile, its cabin features a 35.4 inch 4K panoramic display, complemented by high definition digital exterior mirrors. AVATR quotes a 0 to 100 km/h time of four seconds for the all wheel drive version.
Global Luxury Motors Takes the Lead Locally
AVATR has appointed Global Luxury Motors as its exclusive partner in Morocco. The Casablanca based company, which also represents Aston Martin, will oversee sales, deliveries and after sales service. Beyond the cars themselves, that local support will play a central role in the ownership experience.
A Choice of Electric Approaches
The AVATR Morocco launch gives the brand a varied starting range. The 11 and 12 offer fully electric driving, while the 07 adds the flexibility of a range extender. As AVATR establishes itself locally, the distinction between the three models gives Moroccan drivers a clear place to begin exploring the marque.
