MIM 2026 Brings Global Fashion Sourcing to Casablanca

A Meeting Point for Fashion’s Next Chapter

Behind every collection lies a network of fabrics, manufacturers and decisions that shape how fashion reaches its audience. From November 3 to 5, Casablanca will bring that network into focus as Maroc in Mode returns to the Foire Internationale de Casablanca. For its 23rd edition, the textile and clothing trade fair will explore Morocco’s role in connecting international markets.

MIM 2026 Looks Beyond Borders

Held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, MIM 2026 will centre on the theme “Bridging Europe, Africa & the World: sourcing starts here.” The Moroccan Association of Textile and Clothing Industries, AMITH, is organising the event alongside CEMS-Global USA. Together, they will bring Moroccan manufacturers into conversation with international buyers, brands and industry innovators.

From Fabric to Finished Silhouette

More than 200 Moroccan and international exhibitors are expected to present collections, materials, technologies and manufacturing capabilities. Meanwhile, six dedicated areas will trace the journey from initial design to finished product. These will cover manufacturing and apparel, Moroccan brands and design, fabrics and raw materials, innovation and machinery, chemicals and finishing, and accessories and supplies.

A New Summit Enters the Conversation

This edition will also introduce the inaugural Med-Atlantic Textile Summit, jointly organised by AMITH and CEMS-Global USA. The gathering will bring together industry leaders, brands, retailers, manufacturers, investors and decision-makers from Africa, Europe and North America. Beyond the exhibition floor, it aims to create space for discussions about how textile supply chains can adapt to changing conditions.

Rethinking Where Fashion Begins

As brands reassess their sourcing strategies, the summit will address geopolitical pressures, traceability requirements and climate concerns. In this context, Morocco’s proximity to European markets forms part of its proposition as a manufacturing partner. The ambition is to encourage closer collaboration across the Mediterranean and Atlantic, while developing more resilient and responsive supply networks.

Sustainability Through Production

Alongside business opportunities, MIM 2026 will highlight environmental initiatives within textile production. These include industrial water recycling, the recovery and reuse of textile waste, and the adoption of sustainable fibres. In addition, the programme will connect these practices with the broader conversation around design, technology and manufacturing.

For three days, the fair will offer a view of Moroccan fashion beyond the finished garment.
