IMS Dubai 2025: The Gateway Between MENA’s Music Scene and the Global Market

Dubai is once again preparing to take center stage in the global electronic music calendar as Beatport Presents IMS Dubai 2025 returns on November 13 and 14 at the avant-garde 25hours Hotel One Central. Building on last year’s sold-out debut, this year’s summit promises a deeper and more dynamic exploration of the intersections between music, culture, finance, and technology across the MENA region.

A Fusion of Global and Regional Talent

Co-hosted by the legendary Pete Tong and pioneering DJ and producer Nooriyah, IMS Dubai 2025 unveils an expanded lineup that bridges continents and sounds. Joining the stage are international and regional artists including HUGEL, Nicole Moudaber, Bedouin, Rolbac, Misty, Megatronic, and Jade, alongside newly announced names such as DJ Habibeats, Josh Baker, Gawdat, Vanco, AYA, and Sarah Hardan.

Industry heavyweights from Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Sony Music Publishing, IFPI, Music Nation, and MDLBEAST are set to lead conversations shaping the future of electronic music.

Conversations Shaping the Future

The Music & Culture Room will delve into the stories driving today’s global music scenes. Highlights include The Pyramids Playbook: Staging Monumental Electronic Music Experiences, Mahraganat: From the Streets to the Mainstream, and The Story Behind the Song of the Summer featuring Vanco and AYA discussing their viral track Ma Tnsani. A standout session, Is the DJ Booth the New Runway?, will explore the growing synergy between electronic music and fashion.

Meanwhile, the Tech & Finance Room will tackle cutting-edge topics such as tokenization of music, virtual concerts, and music as an investment asset. With participation from Beatport.io, Polkadot, and Avalanche, discussions will highlight how blockchain is transforming artist engagement and fan economies across the region.

Beyond the Summit: Dubai Comes Alive

The IMS experience extends well beyond conference walls. Delegates will enjoy access to exclusive events including the Official Pre-Party with Nicole Moudaber at Reunion, Beatport Live sessions, and the Sunset Sessions featuring surprise guests. Dubai’s leading nightlife venues such as Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience, Surf Club, Be Beach, and Monkey Bar will host showcases celebrating the region’s diverse electronic sounds.

Inside the venue, the Jameson Lounge and its Green Sofa Stage will offer a creative hub for dialogue and connection, reinforcing Jameson’s commitment to fostering cultural experiences that go “beyond the glass.”

Spotlighting the Next Generation

Emerging talent remains at the heart of IMS Dubai. The Pete Tong DJ Academy will host workshops, including live sessions with DJ Habibeats, while the IMS Accelerator, powered by KOR Protocol, returns to spotlight innovative music-tech startups. One lucky DJ will win the opportunity to perform live at IMS Dubai, along with a full scholarship to the Pete Tong DJ Academy.
