Bringing the spirit of shared tables to life, Pachamama is a tribute to tapas with a global twist. Spanish, South American, and Moroccan influences merge in a lively, sun-soaked setting where ceviches, empanadas, tacos, and Moroccan-style patatas bravas invite conversation and connection. ILOLI Bay
For those craving refinement, ILOLI Bay offers an ephemeral seaside escape. The celebrated Casablanca institution reimagines Japanese gastronomy with a Moroccan soul and French elegance.
