This summer, Le Douar brings that spirit back to life with the Menu Nzaha, a dining experience inspired by one of Marrakech’s most deeply rooted social traditions.

Created as a tribute to the ritual, the menu presents a selection of recipes inspired by the Moroccan terroir. Each dish has been conceived to be enjoyed collectively, echoing the generous family tables traditionally associated with the Nzaha.
