Nosh, a New Dining Address in Marrakech Blending Levantine and Asian Flavours
An Opening Evening at Mövenpick
On October 22, Nosh celebrated its opening at Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech. The evening introduced a new dining address built around Levantine and Asian flavours, with music and mixology completing the concept.

A Setting Above the Gardens
For its opening, the sky lounge offered a setting overlooking the hotel’s main swimming pool, gardens and nearby M Avenue. Meanwhile, the warm, contemporary surroundings provided the backdrop for discovering the venue and its culinary direction.
Levantine and Asian Influences
At the heart of the launch stood a menu that brings two culinary worlds together. Mezzes sit alongside sushi, fusion creations and grilled specialities, with sharing central to the approach. From hummus and tabbouleh to falafel, the Levantine selection gives the offering a familiar starting point before exploring its Asian influences.

Music and Mixology
Beyond the table, the opening introduced the other elements of Nosh Marrakech’s identity: cocktails and music. Signature drinks form part of the bar offering, while the musical programme connects dinner with the later hours. Together, these elements establish the venue’s evening character.
A New Arrival in Marrakech
The October 22 opening marked Nosh Marrakech’s arrival on the city’s dining scene. With its elevated setting and menu spanning the Levant and Asia, the address brings a new option to Mövenpick for evenings around shared plates, drinks and music.
