Casablanca’s Finest Chefs and Restaurateurs Honored at the 2025 Fourchettes Awards

The Club des Uniques of Casablanca, which celebrated its 75th anniversary last year, has just unveiled the winners of its prestigious 2025 “Fourchettes” Awards, recognizing the most outstanding chefs and culinary talents of Morocco’s economic capital.

The gala dinner and awards ceremony took place on Monday, April 22, and was masterfully hosted by Chef Brahim AIT HAMMOU at his acclaimed restaurant, La Bazène—a venue now considered one of Casablanca’s most refined culinary destinations.

This special evening brought together Casablanca’s top culinary professionals in an ambiance that was both festive and elegant, culminating in the official announcement of the 2025 laureates and the presentation of awards. The event also reaffirmed the Club’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of Moroccan chefs.
